Princess Niobie
The Challenge // The Problem
Traditional princess narratives often reinforce passive tropes, missing the opportunity to inspire young girls toward high-growth fields like Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
The Solution // Technical Implementation
The Strategy
Princess Niobie and the Wormhole Traveller was developed as a mission-driven alternative to conventional children’s media. The strategy centered on Narrative Reframing: using the familiar ‘Princess’ archetype as a vehicle for S.T.E.M. education. By integrating “Read to Me” narration with highlighted text (optimized for readers with dyslexia) and interactive “Planet X” adventures, the app creates an immersive learning perimeter where curiosity and scientific exploration are the primary rewards.
