Moto 360 (Sketch)
The Challenge // The Problem
Early wearable UI design lacked high-fidelity, barebones frames for rapid prototyping, requiring designers to manually construct device containers for Android Wear mockups.
The Solution // Technical Implementation
The Strategy
The Moto 360 Round Frame was a contribution to the early wearable design ecosystem. The strategy focused on providing a minimalist, precision-engineered device frame for designers working on the #androidwear platform. By stripping away visual noise and focusing on the core hardware geometry within Sketch 3, I created a reusable asset that allowed for rapid, high-fidelity UI prototyping. This resource was shared via Sketch App Sources, where it has been utilized by nearly 2,000 designers for their wearable projects.
